Would it benefit the people of Hallowell and others to develop a Wellness Center and a Holistic Medical Clinic and Birthing Center at the Stevens School? Who would benefit? Is there community interest to form a Wellness Cooperative that would assess the need and then plan and organize blueprint for both entities?
